Jason Kesner began his wine career in the cellars and vineyards of Francis Ford Coppola and Pat Kuleto before taking over the vineyard manager position at Lee Hudson’s namesake vineyard in 2000. Working along Chardonnay luminaries David Ramey and John Konsgaard, Jason grew tired of watching his years work drive away in other winemakers trucks and decided to start Kesner in 2002 with a single barrel of Hudson Vineyard Chardonnay. After the 2008 vintage Jason was tapped by none other than Steven Kister to manage the
