FUIL WINES
Matthew and Carolina Espiro-Jaeger are the husband and wife team behind Fuil Wines. Matt
grew up in the midwest, Carolina in Chile and they met in LA where Matt was pursuing acting
and Carolina was a filmmaker. The constant throughout their relationship has been their
passion for wine, and it wasn’t long before they turned their attention from entertainment to
becoming a boutique winery specializing in wines from the Santa Ynez Valley. All fruit
sourced is predominently organic or biodynamically farmed and whole cluster pressed using
native yeasts and minimal additions. This is a winery currently flying under the radar
but won’t be for long...
